Circum Network inc. contributes to a Copyright Board Canada decision again

Today, we post, with the agreement of the Canadian Private Copying Collective, a research report on the nature and extent of private copying of prerecorded music in Canada in 2001 and 2002. It is the largest study on this topic ever completed. It adds to the two studies conducted by Circum Network Inc. in 1999 andt in 2000 to constitute a formidable source of knowledge on thie issue.
