Canadian Passport Office Client Satisfaction, 2001

Displaying a great dose of transparency, Canadian Passport Office has given us the permission to make public a report that Circum Network has prepared on the satisfaction of this agency's clients. Based on a survey of 1,074 clients conducted by Écho Sondage, the Circum Network report analyzes all facets of client values and levels of satisfaction with services.
