What is the value of an educational copy of a television program? This is the question that this new report from Circum Network Inc.. Conducted for the Education Coalition, this report was part of the dossier presented by this organization to the Copyright Board Canada as part of the hearings on the tariff presented by the Educational Rights Collective of Canada for the reproduction of television and radio programs for educational purposes. The study contrasts with many other Circum studies in that it is based on the analysis of secondary data rather than the collection of new, primary data.
