2002 Team Canada Inc Customer and Partner Feedback on Performance
Team Canada Inc is a federal program aimed at providing information to new and potential Canadian exporters. It provides its services via a telephone hot line which is managed by one partner in each province. Circum Network was responsible for the design, implementation and reporting of a diagnostic study which involved hundreds of telephone surveys with clients as well as upwards of 50 in-depth telephone interviews with coordinators and partners. The main observations were casted in a global client relationship and service quality framework which was also used to derive recommendations for service improvement.
