Paul Lazarsfeld, fondateur de la sociologie empirique moderne
Cent ans après la naissance de ce géant de la sociologie qu'était Paul Lazarsfeld,
International Journal of Public Opinion Research publie un
numéro spécial dédié à son oeuvre. Lazarsfeld a apporté sa contribution à la recherche sur le chômage, l'opinion publique et la recherche marketing, les médias et les communications de masse, la sociologie politique, la sociologie de la sociologie, l'histoire de la recherche sociale empirique et la sociologie appliquée.
