Comportements et attitudes des résidents de l'Outaouais en regard des services de santé et des services sociaux

In the context of the operation aimed at avoiding the consumption of medical services in Ontario, the Outaouais Health and Social Services Board (Régie régionale de la santé et des services sociaux de l'Outaouais) tasked the Les-Vallées-de-l'Outaouais Hospital (which mandated Circum Network inc.) to study the services still used on the Ottawa-Carleton region and the impact of the 1998 promotional campaing. Based on a survey of 800 Outaouais residents, the conclusions describe the volume and nature of services still consumed in Ontario and proposes a realignment of the communication and action strategy for 1999.
