The 2020 CES conference now in 2021

Our previous news item promoted the 2020 CES annual conference by positioning it as an important event for the Canadian evaluation community.

Well. The celebration will have to wait. The CES rightly announced the postponement of the Ottawa conference to May 8-12, 2021. The current public health situation with respect to COVID-19 is such that it would have been imprudent to attempt to organize the conference in June 2020. The conference suppliers have been flexible. The conference organizing team is hard at work to recover everything that can be recovered from the work already accomplished and to enhance the event with a series of new ideas. Thank you to the many volunteers who give their time, their energy and their professional commitment to make this celebration a counterpart to the current sadness.
