Canadian Passport Office Client Satisfaction, 2002 and 2003

Displaying a great dose of transparency, Passport Canada has given us the permission to make public a report that Circum Network has prepared on the satisfaction of this agency's clients in 2002 and 2003. Based on surveys of 6,903 and 1,196 clients respectively, conducted by Écho Sondage (in 2003), the Circum Network report analyzes all facets of client values and levels of satisfaction with services.
