Public consultation on Canadian passports, 2001

The Canadian Passport Office was gearing to introduce various changes in its passport offering and in the process to obtain a passport. These changes aimed essentially at improving upon passport security while maintaining good value for money for the passport client. Circum Network Inc. planned a study and analyzed the results of a telephone survey implemented by Écho Sondage in February 2001. With 1,229 completed interview, the survey features a response rate of 60%. The issues and their treatment are similar to that found in the 2000 report by Circum Network Inc..
