As part of a national study on the most promising strategies aiming at the improvement of employment integration for handicaped persons, Circum Network was called upon to develop a regional human resource diagnosis for the handicaped living in the Outaouais. The study encompased an in-depth analysis of available quantitative data and in-person interviews of 35 key stakeholders. The report describes a variety of ways which could help improve the employment adjustment of this population.
