In the general context of the Chantier de l'économie sociale, the Conseil régional d'économie sociale de l'Outaouais (under the auspices of the Secrétariat du développement des régions) needed a double view of the Outaouais: a socio-demographic, economic and cultural profile of Outaouais sub-regions and a map of the current offering of the social economy. Within very tight deadlines, Circum Network managed this research assignment on behalf of the Bureau de liaison université-milieu.
