Organizational climate at Measurement Canada

Measurement Canada plays an important role in Industry Canada's marketplace services framework by contributing to consumer, business and investor confidence in the fair and efficient functioning of the marketplace. This is accomplished by administering and enforcing the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act and the Weights and Measures Act through the exclusive constitutional authority of the Government of Canada. Early in 2002, Measurement Canada asked Circum Network to take the pulse of its personnel based on the tactical objectives of the organization. The study used a Web-based survey. The results of the consultation are presented in a new report available on the Circum Web site. Thanks to Measurement Canada for allowing its publication.
