The collection of public reports produced by Circum Network Inc. has grown again. The report on the evaluation of the Quebec policy regarding francophone and Acadian communities of Canada is now available. This evaluation is a good example of a policy evaluation, which is different from a typical program evaluation. This report adds to the list of Circum Network Inc. reports from recent years which illustrate the type of research and management consulting we do.
