Étude préliminaire au déploiement de bornes interactives multiservices pour le gouvernement du Québec

Circum Network was tasked with completing a preliminary study, in preparation for the deployment of interactive kiosks for the Government of Québec. Using in-depth interviews, secondary data analysis, literature reviews, etc., the following aspects were analyzed: the citizens' perspective, the point of view of public organisations, case studies, the state of technologies, the offer from private contractors, possible applications for the kiosks, management models for the pilot project. The final report describes the details of a one-year pilot project bearing high probabilities of success. An evaluation plan was also prepared.
